VIP Outsourcing Technician
Your main responsibilities are to take into account, technical support, treatment and on-site resolution of office problems at an end customer in Apple and Windows environments (workstations, laptops and mobile telephony): support for the ticket opening, incident analysis and follow-up, user assistance, preparation and configuration of workstations and peripherals, resolution of level 1 and 2 according to the internal procedure or escalation orientation, follow-up of the ticket until its closure with user validation, knowledge base documentation and technical note writing.
Sense of communication and responsibilities, punctuality, initiative, strong listening ability and customer satisfaction oriented and rigor in your organization will allow you to succeed fully in your missions in a demanding environment.
System and network administration skills will be a plus.
Knowledge of the environment and OS APPLE is essential.
